- Total of 5 sessions in 1.5 months
- First 2 Sessions: Comprehensive intake to uncover blocks, limiting beliefs, habits, establish goals, and create action steps.
- Next 3 sessions: Implementation of action plans with additional guided techniques during sessions and at-home practices.
- Ongoing off-session Support: Includes individual based research and check-ins between sessions to provide continuous support.
Transformation Package
Designed for individuals prepared to make a meaningful shift in their lives. Sessions are spaced out to accommodate busy schedules, allowing for deeper integration and lasting changes.
- Total of 7 sessions in 3 months
- First 2 Sessions: Comprehensive intake to uncover blocks, limiting beliefs, habits, establish goals, and create action steps.
- Next 5 sessions: Implementation of action plans with additional guided techniques during sessions and at-home practices.
- Ongoing off-session Support: Includes individual based research and check-ins between sessions to provide continuous support.
Supported Independent Package
Designed for individuals seeking a kickstart in their journey towards change, with resources and a comprehensive roadmap provided to work independently at their own pace.
- Total of 2 sessions over 2-3 weeks:
- First Session: In-depth intake to identify blocks, limiting beliefs, and habits.
- Second Session: Crafting value-based goals and co-creating a comprehensive action plan.
- Clients will receive all necessary resources to implement the plan independently. Individual sessions can be booked for additional support as needed.
Individual Session
1-hour coaching call only for current clients, tailored to address a specific issue or goal, or as a follow-up session.
Monthly Coaching
Option to choose from 1, 2 or 4 sessions per month as an add on to Transformation or Breakthrough packages.
